The Services are provided for general information and convenience. They are not legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use converted or compressed files (for example, compliance with licensing, privacy, or archival requirements).
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by DoItSwift or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or scrape the Services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Your content. You retain ownership of files and content you process. You grant us no license to your files except as needed to operate the Services you explicitly choose (for example, if you use a future feature that uploads files to our servers — not required for standard local tools).
Third-party links and affiliates
The Site may link to third-party websites or mention partner products. We do not control those sites. Affiliate links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you when applicable; such relationships will be disclosed where required.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOITSWIFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify DoItSwift and its affiliates, officers, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DoItSwift operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
